Our next meeting will be held onMonday, October 7th at 7pm in Flavin Auditorium (Isenberg 137). At this meeting, we will be handing the mic over to one of our Marketing Directors, Abby Morse! Abby will be discussing the importance of self-identity and finding confidence in that identity socially, professionally, and academically. We can't wait to see you there!

Marketing Committee: Thank to everyone who came to the first meeting, we loved meeting you all! Their next meeting will be Wednesday, September 25th at 7pm in Isenberg room N145, meeting topic TBD. Sign up for the email list here.

Community Service Committee: Their first meeting will be Wednesday, October 9th at 7pm in Isenberg room N145, where you will learn all about the plans for the semester and will be making cards for Cardz For Kidz. Sign up for the email list here.

Peer Mentorship: Sign ups are now closed; stay tuned to hear about what group you are in and when the first meeting will be!

Reminders:

Membership Dues: Dues for the year are $10. Paying these gains you access to joining the committee meetings, special events (field trips and social events), makes you a first consideration when applying for E-Board, allows you to put “Active Member of WiB” on your resume, and access to the WiB Membership Packet. You can do this one of two ways: 

  • Venmo @IsenbergWiB with your full name and UMass Email

  • Bring cash to our next meeting and sign excel sheet at end of meeting!

Social Events: Stay tuned for our first social event of the semester: "Bracelets & Banter". It will be in a couple weeks on Wednesday, October 23rd, at 7pm in Isenberg room N145. Stop by to make bracelets and get to know other members in the club! 

Etiquette Dinner: Sign up for the Etiquette Dinner is now officially closed. If you signed up, be sure to continue to check your email for updates from Emma and Grace leading up to the event!
