
Co-President
Ava is a senior Marketing and Communication Double Major from Sudbury, MA. She has been a part of WiB since her freshman year, serving as the Secretary her sophomore year and as the Vice President during her junior year. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve as Co-President, as she loves the sense of community that WiB provides and all of the amazing opportunities for learning and growth it has to offer! She feels so lucky to be surrounded by so many kind, inspiring, and powerful women. Ava has spent the past 6 summers working at her local ice cream stand, which she absolutely loves. She is passionate about education, creating welcoming environments, and building meaningful connections. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks, going to yoga, hanging out with family and friends, and spending hours in the Communication Hub.
Co-President
Bella is a senior Marketing major from Pembroke, MA. She has been involved with WiB since the fall of her freshman year, holding positions as Co-Director in both Professional and Social Events. Additionally, she has been a Peer Mentor in WiB, which was inspired by her love for the program while being a Mentee her freshman year. Bella is honored to serve as the Co-President this year and create experiences for members that she has been lucky to share over the last 3 years. On campus, she is a UMass Tour Guide and serves as the “Face of the University” to prospective students and their families. This past semester, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy and got to experience 12 countries during her travels. Additionally, she is a Sales Representative for Cape Cod’r Craft Cocktails and plans to continue her love for sales after graduation! Aside from WiB, she loves hanging out with her friends and family, live music, traveling, and photo/videography.
Vice President
Grace Buehler is a junior pursuing a Dual Degree with a BBA in Marketing and a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Blackstone, MA. From the moment she began her college career, WiB truly inspired Grace and pushed her to become a more confident person. She began her journey with WiB her freshman year, and became as involved as possible by attending every meeting and joining the marketing committee. She fell in love with the excitement, empowerment, and fun that comes with being involved in WiB. During her sophomore year, Grace was the Social Media Chair, and she had so much fun being on E-Board and getting to post and communicate on the socials! This year, Grace could not be more excited to be the Vice President! Over the summer, Grace interned with Sonesta International Hotels as a Marketing Corporate Intern, and on campus she is an RA in Pierpont and an Intern for the Isenberg Marketing Department! Grace loves Target & Starbucks runs, reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
Secretary
Lavinia is a sophomore Marketing and Hospitality and Tourism Management double major from Homer, NY. She has been a member of WIB since freshman year and immediately fell in love with WIB's warm welcoming community. Outside of WIB, she is also involved with AHLA and Isenberg Sustainability Club, where she is the co-head of marketing. This past summer she was a meeting and events intern at Cornell University's Statler Hotel, where she worked and helped lead a lot of fun and exciting events. In her free time she loves reading, doing pilates and spin classes, hanging out with her friends, and watching psychological thrillers.
Co-Treasurer
Abbey is a senior Finance & Hospitality Management dual major from Bridgewater, MA. She enjoys hanging out with friends in her free time. This summer, Abbey worked as a Business Analyst for a pharmaceutical technology company in Boston, where she had hands-on experience learning about Mergers & acquisitions in the pharmacy benefit management industry. She serves as Co-President of the American Hotel & Lodging Association Student Chapter and Director of Community Service for the Isenberg Insurance Academy. This year, she is also a teaching assistant for a graduate finance course and is working for Isenberg as a data analyst. When Abbey isn’t doing school work, she enjoys going on long hikes, walks, running, and getting coffee. Abbey also enjoys reading, mostly books related to business topics or historical non-fiction books. Abbey is looking forward to skiing this winter!
Co-Treasurer
Brooke is a junior Finance major from Mansfield, MA. After attending WiB meetings and professional events throughout her freshman year, she is beyond honored to be the current Co-Treasurer for the second year in a row, of an organization filled with such inspiring women. In addition to WiB, Brooke is a Student Ambassador/Tour Guide for Isenberg and a freshman transition TA. She also spent the past summer as a Financial Institution Intern for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). She spends her free time singing and finding new music, exploring all areas of fitness, creating new recipes, traveling and being with her friends and family. Brooke is thrilled to see what the future holds for herself and WiB, and is excited to start the next chapter!
Co-Community Service Director
Ella is a junior Finance major from East Longmeadow, MA. She is working on a concentration in financial analysis and a business analytics certificate. Ella has been an active member of WiB since her freshman year and is extremely excited for her first year on the e-board! As community service co-director, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help the community and bring others together to do the same. Outside of WiB, Ella enjoys going to movies, watching tv shows with her friends, going to the beach, and taking spin classes at the rec center. Ella is looking forward to spending the year with such an amazing group of people!
Co-Community Service Director
Jenny is a junior Accounting major from Cumberland, RI. She joined WiB her freshman year and has loved being an involved member ever since. She is extremely excited to start giving back to the community and organizing events in her first year on E-board. Jenny recently interned with PwC in Boston this past summer as a Start Intern and will be returning for Summer 2025 as an Advanced Audit Intern. In addition to WiB, Jenny is involved in Beta Alpha Psi the honors accounting co-ed fraternity in Isenberg where she serves as the Co-Vice President of the Competitions Committee. In her free time, she loves to go on walks, listen to music, and spend time with friends and family.

Ellie is a senior Marketing major from Kingston, MA. This is her fourth and final year in the Women in Business Club, and her third year holding the position of Co-Director of Fundraising. WiB has made her college experience unforgettable, and she is excited to spend her last year at UMass surrounded by other inspiring women. On campus, Ellie is involved in Isenberg Global Citizens and works at the Fine Arts Center. This past summer, she was a Marketing and Communications Intern at UPPAbaby, where she learned about digital, brand, and international marketing. In the future, she hopes to have a position in digital media marketing and advertising. Ellie loves quality time with her friends, listening to podcasts, spending time outdoors, and being creative.
Co-Fundraising Director
Emily Gillan is a junior Accounting major with a focus in auditing from Wakefield, MA. Last year, she was one of the Co-Directors of Peer Mentorship as well as a mentor. She has been an active member since her freshman year. This is her second year on the E-Board and is so excited to continue making connections with everyone and create fun fundraising events! Besides being member of WiB, Emily has also volunteered to prepare tax returns through VITA the past two spring semesters. During the summer and winter breaks, Emily has worked for two years as an intern at the Department of Public Works in Wakefield. Emily is planning on studying abroad in Florence, Italy this upcoming spring. She loves reading, traveling, yoga and hanging out with friends.

Abby is a senior Marketing major from Westford, MA. This is her second year as a Marketing Co-Director, and she has previously served as Social Media Chair. Over the past three years she has absolutely fallen in love with the passion, empowerment, and fun that comes with being involved in WiB. This past summer, Abby worked at Consigli Construction as a Marketing Journalist Intern and is continuing part-time this school year. In her free time, she loves to run, read, spend time with friends and family, and work her way through the New York Times crossword archives.

Sophia is a senior Marketing Major from North Reading, MA. She has been a part of WiB since her sophomore year, serving as both the Historian and Blog Chair! She loves that she gets to work with women who share the same goals as her. She also has been running her own portrait and wedding photography business for 4 years, and recently started a podcast too! She says that starting her photography business was the best thing that ever happened to her and it opened her eyes to the importance of pursuing something you are passionate about. Along with photography, she is a summer nanny at home and a social media content creator at UMass! When she's not working, she loves to spin at the rec, hang out with her friends, vlog her days on TikTok and obviously take photos!
Social Media Chair
Taylor is a junior Marketing major from Point Pleasant, NJ. After feeling unfulfilled her first semester of her freshman year and lacking the sense of community that she was looking for, WiB was the first club that Taylor got more involved with and instantly realized how empowering and amazing all of the women were! She became more involved her Sophomore year by joining the marketing committee, and this is her first year on the E-Board. Alongside WiB, Taylor is also a teaching assistant for Professor Glennon’s Marketing 301 class, Co-President of the Protect our Breasts Club, and Co-Director of Marketing for The Minutemen Equity Fund. This past summer, while also working at Rita's Italian Ice, Taylor interned at Hilman Rollers in Marlboro, NJ and was responsible for trade show prep, social media content, and designing literature. Taylor loves living at the shore and her favorite thing to do when she’s home is getting coffee and going to the beach with her friends. She also loves spending time with family and her dog, Buddy!
Historian
Yasha is a sophomore Marketing major from Nashua, NH. She currently serves as the Historian at WiB, and is excited to be part of an organization that focuses on empowering and uplifting women in business. Over the summer, Yasha completed a digital marketing certification course from Google and an externship in business development and sales. These opportunities helped her in improving her knowledge within the field of marketing, aiding her professionally and personally. Alongside WiB, Yasha serves as both an Operations and Event Management member on the WOI (Women of Isenberg) executive board and as the Graphic Design Chair of the South Asian Student Association (SASA) executive board. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, spending time with friends and family, exercising and trying out different types of foods. She’s very excited for the new school year and is looking forward to meeting new people and continuing to develop the close bonds that Isenberg and WiB create.
Blog Chair
Jill is a junior Management major from Middleboro, MA. This summer, she worked at the Plymouth waterfront as a waitress and got to work with her sister! When she wasn’t at the restaurant, she would spend time babysitting her younger cousins. She has been an active member of WiB since freshman year, and this is her first year being a part of WiB Eboard. She can’t wait for an amazing semester ahead! On campus she enjoys playing intramural soccer with friends. When she isn’t doing homework or working her favorite things to do are going on coffee/ice cream runs with friends, spending time with my family, finding new movies and shows to watch, and, most recently, getting into watercolor painting.

Callie is a junior Visual Communications and Commerce major in the BDIC program from Holden, MA. This summer she worked as a remote Social Media Marketing intern for Marina Morgan Marketing, a boutique marketing agency based out of Cape Cod and Nantucket! In her free time, she loves going to the gym (pilates, zumba or strength training!), traveling, making art prints, creating content, finding cute restaurants and shops, and spending time with her friends & family. In addition to WiB, she is a member of CHAARG and writes for Her Campus, which she also runs the Instagram account for!
Co-Recruitment & Communications Director
Megan is a junior Marketing major from Harvard, MA. She joined WiB her freshman year and has loved the many ways to get involved in the club and the many friendships she has built along the way. On campus, she is a Teaching Assistant for Principles of Management and a member of the Isenberg Marketing Club. Megan is thrilled to continue as the Recruitment & Communications Co-Director this year! She loved her experience in the spring recording and editing the Out of Office podcast and recruiting new members to join WiB. She has also cherished being a peer mentor, working with the marketing committee team, and being a member of the community service committee. She looks forward to these valuable experiences this upcoming year! This past summer, Megan interned at Brown & Brown, tackling various marketing projects and creating content pieces on InDesign and Canva to demonstrate Brown & Brown's many services. She also continued working part-time at Geocomp to finalize the rebranded website on WordPress. In her free time, Megan enjoys pilates, baking, crocheting, spin classes, and hanging out with her friends, family, and dog. Megan is eager for Season 2 of Out of Office and getting to know new and returning WiB members!

Ryo is a junior Business Management and Legal Studies major from Cohasset, MA. She has been part of WIB for three years now and every year, more astonished by its reach and community. She is grateful to be surrounded by so many wonderfully courageous, intelligent, and kind women who are always there to support. In her free time she likes to hang out with her friends, go on sunset drives, and cook with a show on. She currently serves off campus and loves to work in a fast paced environment. She is incredibly excited for this new year of WIB!

Ava is a junior Marketing major and Economics minor from Doylestown, PA. Ava has been a part of WiB since her freshman year and served as the DEI and Campus Outreach Director last year on the EBoard. She also enjoys being involved in the marketing and community service committees. In addition, Ava is involved on campus with the Isenberg Marketing Club and Isenberg Global Citizens. Over the summer, Ava visited the jersey shore and also worked as a cashier at Marshalls. In her free time, she loves going to spin classes at the rec, reading, and getting iced coffees from Dunkin’.

Hunter is a junior OIM major pursuing a Business Analytics certificate. This is her second year on e-board, serving as the Co-Director of Professional Events last year. Over the summer, Hunter worked as a Fraud Operations Intern at MassMutual Life Insurance and spent her free time hiking the Mt. Tom mountain range with her dog, Bentley. Hunter works as a campus tour guide and as a Career Peer in the Chase Career Center when she’s not it class or WiB!
Co-Peer Mentorship Director
Elise is a sophomore Marketing major from Andover, MA. Outside of WiB, Elise is a UMass Admissions Tour Guide and enjoys spreading the joy UMass has brought to her along to the families that are touring! Additionally, Elise competes on the UMass Alpine Ski Team, and loves joining intramural sports for fun, such as pickleball and volleyball. She has also recently been focused on founding the Minutemen Marketing Group, a new startup club within Isenberg. During her free time, besides skiing, Elise loves to explore New England, be outdoors, and to paint! Additionally, she has spent her past many summers working at a summer camp and absolutely loves it! Elise is super excited to be a member of E-Board this year, as WiB was a huge part of what made her freshman year at Isenberg so fun, and cannot wait to give the same experience to new students!

Jackie is a senior Operations and Information Management major pursuing a business data analytics certificate from Braintree, MA. She joined WiB her freshman year and found such a great community of people through this club, and has been actively involved ever since. In addition to WiB, Jackie participates in the Operations and Information Management Club, where she serves as the secretary. This past summer, she interned at RSM as a Process Risk and Controls Consultant in their Boston office. She is excited to return to RSM after her graduation! She recently moved to the Cape, so she loves spending time at the beach, as well as going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and shopping. She can't wait for another amazing year with WiB!
Co-Professional Events Director
Grace is a senior Hospitality and Tourism Management major from Naples, FL who is enjoying her last year up in Massachusetts. Grace is interested in pursuing a career in club management following graduation and wants to travel somewhere else across the U.S. On campus, Grace stays busy with her job as an Isenberg Ambassador, Co-Chair for HTM Career Day, the president of the UMass chapter of Club Management Association of America and American Hotel and Lodging Association, and an Event Coordinator for the University Programming Council. In her free time, Grace likes to read, go thrift shopping, drink coffee, and go to the beach.
Co-Professional Events Director
Emma is a senior and a Hospitality and Tourism Management major from Braintree, MA. Besides being involved with WIB, she also teaches spin classes at the campus recreation center. Working here with other instructors is a community within itself. The past three summers she has worked on the Cape in many different restaurants. These experiences have prepared her for a future in the hospitality industry. Although still exploring opportunities, she hopes to go into food and beverage management or event management. A posistion in professional events is great experience for these future career paths. In her free time she likes to exercise and stay active. She loves hanging out with her 5 roommates going on walks or binging reality tv.

Nicola is a Junior Accounting & English double major with a concentration in Creative Writing. She has had three accounting internships over the course of her college career, two at int2 Solutions and her most recent one being at Main Street Bank over the summer of her Junior year. Nicola has worked heavily in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, but also has experience with loan amortization and generating the general ledger. On campus, Nicola is a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, in which she is a proud member of the Bid Day Committee. She also is a member of Isenberg Global Citizens and hopes to start up a Creative Writing club. In her free time, Nicola loves going to berk dinners with her friends and working on finalizing her manuscript with some of the English professors here at UMass! She is so excited for her first year on WiB’s eboard and can’t wait to work alongside such an amazing group of girls!

Hannah is a senior Marketing & Journalism major from Holden, MA. She is also the Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Chi Omega, the President of Order of Omega (Greek honor society), and a member of Her Campus. She is currently working a News Reporting and Production Internship at Amherst Media to pursue her career goal of becoming a political news reporter. In addition to this internship she recently completed a Social Media Marketing and Data Analytics internship with Seven Saws Brewing. In her free time she likes to read, thrift, create social media content, and take rec classes like spin and pilates!
