Thank you all for joining us at our networking event on Monday! We hope you all enjoyed connecting with other members and meeting some new faces. We would like to thank Women of Isenberg (WOI) for joining us, and sharing about their upcoming conference! We encourage all of our members to register to attend this incredible opportunity to learn from panel speakers, participate in networking workshops and much more. WiB Boston Trip: If you are still interested in attending our annual WiB Boston Trip, there are spots left on the waitlist! This trip is an all day event, where we will tour multiple companies, network with business professionals, and attend a panel event. Click this link to learn more and sign up, which will add your name to the waiting list.

WiB March Madness Fundraiser: WiB is hosting a 50/50 March Madness Bracket fundraiser! To enter, fill out this form and Venmo $10 to @UMassWiB. Participants will be emailed information about creating their brackets on ESPN after completing these steps. The money raised from this fundraiser will go towards some of our exciting Spring events! The deadline to enter is before the first game on Tuesday, March 14th. 

Dance Marathon Fundraising: Fundraising for the UMass Dance Marathon has begun! The UMass Dance Marathon is an annual student-run event that raises money for children at Baystate Children's Hospital. Last year, WiB was a top fundraising team, raising over $10,000! Help us reach our goals again by clicking this link to donate or join our team!

UMass Opportunities

Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group
Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group (IUCG) will be hosting their second annual Strategy Case Competition this Spring! Students of any major are invited to register in teams of 4. The competition will be judged by representatives from major firms, and the top four winning teams will take home a total of $5,000 in cash prizes! Registration is open until March 10th at 11:59pm. Adopted Student Advisory Panel
The Adopted Student Advisory Panel (ASAP) invites all students to join them tomorrow, Thursday, March 9th at 7pm in the Student Union (Room 475) for a conversation about Adoption. This event will be focused on discussing the intricacies of Adoption as an identity, and generally how to better support the Adopted Community. UMass Smart Women Securities
UMass Smart Women Securities (SWS) invites students to join them in welcoming Julia Mines, a TEDx public speaking coach, who will be hosting a public speaking and confidence workshop on Sunday, March 26th at 6pm in Isenberg 108. Young Startup Ventures
Young Startup Ventures is hosting their Emerging Tech Venture Summit in San Jose, CA from May 10th-11th. Students interested in entrepreneurship or startups are encouraged to sign up as volunteers. Volunteers gain free access to this event, and have the opportunity to attend panels and presentations. More information can be found here.
