Navigating Job Offers with Professor Charlie Johnson Tomorrow!

Tomorrow, Monday, April 11th, at 7pm in Isenberg 137 (Flavin Auditorium), Professor Charlie Johnson, Associate Director of the Berthiaume Center of Entrepreneurship, will be presenting on "Navigating Job Offers," where he will offer guidance on how to be an advocate for yourself and have that discussion, and we will listen to some entrepreneurial stories!

Sisters on the Runway
Sisters on the Runway (SOTR) is a non-profit organization which works to raise awareness for domestic violence. We hold monthly general body meetings where we educate students on how to establish healthy relationship boundaries, and provide resources for those enduring domestic abuse. TONIGHT, April 10th, we will be holding our annual student-run fashion show. All money raised during the event will be donated to Safe Passage, a domestic violence shelter and resource center in Northampton, MA. Investment Banking Club
Looking to pursue a career in investment banking? The UMass Investment Banking Club is designed to help students prepare for the intense interview process and our goal is to ensure members ultimately land an offer in investment banking. Smart Women Securities
On Monday, April 11th (4/11) SWS is hosting a virtual networking session with Wellington from 2-3pm EST via Webex. During this session, you will be able to hear the experiences and ask questions to John Murphy, Jacqueline Krusemark, Stephanie Kowalski, and Lauren Proto. You will also learn more about the recruitment process for internships and strategies to best navigate networking. Everyone should come prepared with questions beforehand for the panelists. SWS is hosting an event on April 13th from 5:30 - 7:45 PM in Flavin Auditorium where they will have a screening of the documentary $AVVY and learn why it's critical for young women to understand and take control of their personal finances. Following the screening will be a live Q&A with Dean Anne Massey and the film's producer, Robin Hauser, which will be moderated by Smart Women Securities. Register here!
