Thank you all for joining us on Monday to hear from our Co-Social Events Director Camryn Buonacore about what it was like interning at this start-up and from the CEO of cell phone case company Swaponz, Steven Bock to tell us about his experience starting his own business! We also launched our very own Women in Business Swaps! If interested, fill out this form.

As a reminder, our next meeting will be held on Monday, November 29th at 7 pm in Flavin Auditorium. Our next meeting will be a game night in collaboration with the IDEA Council (Isenberg Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Advisory Council)! This meeting will be a great way to learn more about promoting diversity within Isenberg and to meet some new people during a fun game of bingo, so don't miss it. In the meantime, have a wonderful Thanksgiving break!

We are accepting payments via Venmo (@UMassWiB) and cash. If you plan to Venmo, we kindly ask that you submit your payments by EOD on November 24th. Please include your full name in the description. If you plan to use cash, please bring your exact total when we distribute the merch in Flavin. This will hopefully take place at our general body meeting on November 27th (if the order comes in time) and we will continue to hand them out at the general body meeting on December 4th.

MinuteFund: The MinuteFund is a UMass crowdfunding platform made for organizations like WiB to raise funds for events/opportunities, and our very own launched on Monday night! Check out our MinuteFund donation page here! The funds we raise will go toward lowering the price of events and allow us to open these events to more of our members! Help us out by sending emails to your family and friends! Our goal is to raise $3,500 by January 15th, 2024. Each member will receive +1 membership point for each email/text they send promoting our MinuteFund using this template. Fill out this form after sending your text/email to get credit.

MFIF strives to fill the gap in traditional undergraduate curriculum through its focus on the credit market and to prepare our members for competitive high finance roles in Investment Banking, Sales and trading, Credit/Equity Research, and more.
