Spring 2023 Membership
As we mentioned at our first meeting, there are a few changes to our active membership status this semester.
New Members: Our membership dues are $10, which gain you access to all the amazing events we have planned for this semester! You can either Venmo @UMassWiB with your full name and UMass Email OR bring cash at the end of our next meeting. If you paid in the fall, you do NOT have to pay again for the spring semester.
Active Membership Status: You can earn active member status by obtaining 15 points over the span of the semester! Our points system is used to measure club involvement, and gain you access to special resources. These points are also especially important for E-Board applications. General Body Meetings are worth 1 point, Committee Meetings are worth 2 points and all other events/workshops are worth 3 points.
Women of Isenberg Conference: Registration for the 10th Annual Women of Isenberg Conference is still open! This event will be held on Saturday, March 25th from 8:30am to 3:30pm. All are welcome to attend this is incredible opportunity to learn from panel speakers, participate in networking workshops and much more. To learn more about the event and register, click this link. WOI is offering a pizza party to the RSO on campus with the most sign-ups for the conference, so sign-up now! WiB Boston Trip: Our annual WiB Boston trip, where we travel to Boston to tour multiple companies and network with business professionals, will be held this March! If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please fill out this interest form.
WiB Blog Sign-Ups: Our blog subcommittee is a great opportunity to gain experience, and to share something you feel passionate about with our club! If you would like to be featured on our blog this semester, you can sign up here. If you have any questions, reach out to our Blog Chair, Sophia.

UMass Berthiaume Center for Entrepreneurship
The UMass Berthiaume Center for Entrepreneurship will be hosting the Hult Prize Challenge, a social entrepreneurship-based competition on Wednesday, March 1st. This year, the focus of this competition is on the fashion sustainability crisis. UMass students are invited to compete, and can find more information about Hult and the application process here.
Isenberg Marketing Club
The Isenberg Marketing Club is hosting their annual career networking night on Wednesday, March 1st at 5:30pm in the Marriott Center. Minuteman Alternative Investment Fund
The Minuteman Alternative Investment Fund, (MAIF) a student run hedge fund, is currently accepting applications for their Alternative Investment Diversity Program (AIDP). This program offers students with a range of activities and trainings to help them enhance their financial skills and interests. Applications are due on Tuesday, February 28th. The Wildflower Company, a planner company founded by 2 UMass grads, is looking to hire a marketing intern!
