Ladder Internships: Interested in an internship this summer Run by Harvard founders, Ladder Internships is a selective start-up internship program for college students. In the program, students work 1-1 with top start-ups on real-world projects. Companies in the program cover industries like AI & Machine Learning, healthcare, finance, and biotech. The company founders come from places like the Y Combinator, Goldman Sachs, Google, Microsoft, and McKinsey & Company.
