Nora, Silvia, and Allison all are such inspirations as teachers and women, and they shared many valuable insights we hope you appreciated. We also want to thank our lovely Co-Peer Mentorship Director, Elise Porter, for leading the amazing panel.

This will be an incredible meeting with our lovely Co-DEI & Campus Outreach Director Nicola Degrazia and her amazing mom, Heidi! They will be leading us through a presentation titled "Small Businesses, Big Impacts." Heider is currently a partner at int2 Solutions and will share all about her career journey, how she became a small business leader, and why this path can be so powerful. At the end, there will be a Q&A session, so please come with any questions you have!

WIB x Spring Formal: This year's Spring Formal will be on Saturday, April 12th from 7:30-10:30pm at Gabes Underground. The theme this year will be Golden Gala! Tickets to this event are $10 each, and no refunds will be available. Payments can be made in cash or to our Venmo: @IsenbergWiB with your full name, UMass Email, and "Spring Formal." ComServ x Dance Marathon: If you have yet to do so, sign up to join our team for the 2025 UMass Dance Marathon!! ALL of the money raised for UMass Miracles is donated to the Baystate Children's Hospital in Springfield. This event will take place on Sunday, April 27th. Beta Alpha Psi x DEIB: Join Isenberg BAP for a chance to participate in the first annual Isenberg global meal prep with Rise Against Hunger. Join the entire Isenberg community for a fantastic opportunity to unite and make a global impact by packing meals for regions facing severe food insecurity. Participants can also earn credits towards iSucceed badges by joining diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops during the event. UMPD Self Defense Program: This is an 8-week program offered a la carte style (it is asked that you sign up for at least 4 of the weeks) in order to accommodate your busy schedule. We cover a variety of techniques based on judo, boxing, jiu jitsu, and taekwondo that can be used to defend yourself against any aggressive actions. Try to bring a friend as most of the work is done pairing up. If interested, it takes place on Wednesday nights from 5-6pm in the Lower Level Campus Center. Sign up here.
Habitat For Humanity: Habitat for Humanity is an amazing volunteer opportunity that helps build affordable housing for families and individuals in need. The UMass Chapter does a variety of events such as volunteering at local soup kitchens and non-profit organizations, fundraising, and more. Access Distributed: Access Distributed is a non-profit organization that helps university students gain access to top careers in finance. The AD Fellowship Program is a year-long remote program alongside students' sophomore year, aimed to help fellows explore, break into, and succeed in a thriving career in finance. All activities are held online, with the exception of our weekend-long, in-person Bootcamp in January. The AD Fellowship Program includes education, interview prep, hands-on experience in finance, networking opportunities, mentorship, peer cohort support, and, most importantly, is completely free to fellows!
