Lindsey Guenther
Secretary
Lindsey is a senior management and political science dual degree candidate from Londonderry, NH. She joined WiB as a freshman and instantly knew the club would be a great opportunity for professional development and lasting friendships. During her sophomore and junior years, she served as the co-director of community service. She is excited to take on the role of secretary this year and continue being a peer mentor for underclassmen. Lindsey encourages everyone to consider study abroad and international internships as these are her fondest memories from her undergraduate years. She is also excited about her senior honors thesis and completion of the Honors International Scholars Program. Along with WiB, Lindsey has also been a member of the UMass Model UN team and a volunteer barista at the nonprofit Freedom Cafe. In her free time, she loves hiking, baking, listening to music and podcasts, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
Madi Green
Treasurer
Madi Green is a junior pursuing a major in Finance, a minor in Political Science, and the Isenberg Real Estate Certificate from Concord, MA. Upon coming to UMass as a Freshman, Madi knew she wanted to get involved with WiB right away and made an effort to attend as many events and meetings as possible! Sophomore year, she served on the E-Board as Historian and was also a Student Ambassador for the WOI Conference. She is so proud to be a part of such a remarkable group of strong women–who she knows will change the world–and cannot wait to gain valuable skills and meaningful friendships serving as Treasurer! This summer Madi volunteered as a member of Isenberg’s COVID Response Team where she assisted a small business in revamping their digital storefront. Outside of WiB, Madi is involved in Isenberg as a Teaching Assistant, a member of Smart Women Securities, and as a brother of the Coed Professional Business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. She can also be found hiking and skiing around Amherst and competing around New England as a member of the UMass Fencing Club.

Alyssa Towle
Co-Director of Professional Events
Alyssa Towle is a senior Marketing and HTM double major from Dunstable, MA. This is Alyssa’s third year on E-Board and is so excited to be taking on a new role as Co-Professional events director. This past summer she interned virtually within Global Marketing at Dell Technologies where she will be pursuing a full-time position after graduation. In her free time she enjoys running, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and is patiently waiting to start traveling again. This fall Alyssa is living with her 5 roommates in Amherst for her final year at UMass. Alyssa looks forward to being a part of giving members a wonderful virtual WIB experience this fall!

Grace Ford
Co-Director of Professional Events
Grace is a Senior HTM Major from North Andover, MA. Grace is thrilled to be working with Alyssa this year as co-director of professional events! Grace is looking forward to bringing new companies to campus and creating an awesome experience for members howbeit virtual. Grace has a passion for working with people and talent growth and development. Upon graduation, she is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources. In her free time Grace enjoys spending time on the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Diana Silva
Co-Director of Fundraising
Diana Silva is a senior Operations and Information Management major. She has been involved in WiB since fall of 2017. Diana was a Student Ambassador for the 2018 Women of Isenberg Conference and served as the Co-Social Events director for Women in business in 2018-2019 and the Co-Fundraising director for Women in Business in 2019-2020. Diana’s involvement in WiB has been essential to her college experience as WiB not only gives her the tools she needs to succeed, but it also gives her a group of strong, empowered women who are always there to support her. Her other campus involvement includes being the Director for HackHer413, the first all-women and non-binary students’ Hackathon in Western Massachusetts. Diana is so excited for this upcoming year for WiB and loves talking about all things WiB. Please reach out to her with any questions!

Jenna Cox
Co-Director of Fundraising
Jenna Cox is a sophomore Accounting major from Long Island, New York. She joined WiB her freshman year, and loved the community that it provided for her on campus. As a member of the community service committee she was able to help give back to local communities, as well as make great friendships that she will carry with her through her years at UMass and beyond. She is excited to accept her first eBoard position this year as a Co-Fundraising Director, and hopes that the club can raise funds to cause a positive change during these hard times. Outside of WiB, Jenna is a member of the Ski and Board club, and works as a retail cashier. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, baking, and hanging out with her friends. Although she is living at home this semester, Jenna is excited to get more involved and is extremely excited to meet all of WiB’s incoming members!

Nikki Fantoni
Co-Director of Fundraising
Nikki Fantoni is a sophomore Management Major from Marion, MA. She is also pursuing a minor in environmental science. Nikki joined WiB her freshman year and will continue throughout her years at UMass. Nikki joined WIB to become a part of a group that spreads inclusivity, promotes women leadership, and values giving back to the community. This is Nikki’s first year on the E-board as Co-Fundraising Director and aspires to work with the Community Service Directors to help raise money for a worthy cause. Outside of WiB Nikki volunteers with Habitat for Humanities and works as a hostess at a local restaurant. In her free time Nikki enjoys going to the gym, the beach, and eating out with friends. This fall Nikki will be living at home and is excited for the new opportunities WiB will bring us this fall.

Julia Gleim
Co-Director of Community Service
Julia Gleim is a Junior OIM Major from Raynham, MA. Julia joined WIB as a freshman looking forward to getting more involved on campus and learning about how to grow her professional network and skills. Julia is now entering her second year on e-board as the community service co-director and also the FTK team captain! Outside of WIB Julia is also the co-president of Protect our Breasts, a club that aims to inform our students about the dangers of the chemicals in our everyday products. This past summer Julia interned at Applause, a software company where she focused on recruiting and marketing, as well as Cervello, a data consulting firm where she helped them clean up their data. This fall Julia is living off-campus in Amherst in an apartment with 3 of her best friends! Julia looks forward to getting to know our members and helping them grow and learn throughout their years in Isenberg!

Dasha Shterenberg
Co-Director of Community Service
Dasha is a Sophomore HTM Major from Westwood, MA. Dasha joined WiB as an incoming freshman hoping to get involved with school activities and join a group of empowered business women. This is Dasha’s first year on e-board as the co-community service director and she is truly excited to meet all of the new members. Outside of WiB Dasha is a member of the minutemen dancers and enjoys baking and fitness classes. Dasha looks forward to helping anyone and everyone who is looking for guidance or support through their experience in Isenberg!

Hannah Dugan
Co-Director of Community Service
Hannah Dugan is a sophomore from Shrewsbury, MA. She is pursuing a major in Accounting and a minor in Spanish. Women in Business was Hannah’s favorite club as a freshman because she learned how to take advantage of all of the great opportunities Isenberg has to offer and made long-lasting friendships. Some of Hannah’s favorite WiB involvements were the Peer Mentorship, Community Service Committee, and Women of Isenberg Conference. She is so excited to be on E-board as a community service director and find creative ways to give back during this unprecedented time. Hannah spent the summer doing an accounting internship at a private country club and waitressed at Burton’s Grill at night. Outside of school and work Hannah loves to cook, shop, and spend time with her best friends at their Amherst apartment.

Alexa Wilcox
Co-Director of Social Events
Alexa Wilcox is a junior Marketing and Psychology major with a Spanish minor from Framingham, MA. She has been involved in WiB since her freshman year and has enjoyed every second of it. Alexa started as a member of the marketing committee in freshman year, then acted as secretary her sophomore year. She also was involved with the Women of Isenberg Conference as a Student Ambassador and Senior Ambassador. In her free time, Alexa loves drinking coffee and cuddling up to watch a good movie. She also loves playing games on her Switch - Hollow Knight is her favorite. Overall, Alexa is super excited to bring some awesome events to everyone in WiB with her Co-Social Events Directors, and she feels extremely fortunate to have been involved in WiB for so long.
Amaya Chinai
Co-Director of Social Events
Amaya is a junior HTM and Managerial Economics double Major from India. Amaya joined WiB her sophomore year, as a new entrant to Isenberg hoping to be more involved in the business community. Outside of WiB Amaya also serves on the E-board for Res Ec society and enjoys traveling, fitness and a ridiculous amounts of tea. Being involved in the community around her is always a priority, Amaya looks forward to being on E-board this year and hopes to make a difference despite not being on campus.

Jenna Macone
Co-Director of Social Events
Jenna Macone is a sophomore Finance and Legal Studies double major from Sterling, MA. Jenna joined WiB her freshman year, excited to meet other business majors and learn professional skills alongside a community of inspiring and ambitious women. As a freshman, she was involved with the peer mentorship program and the community service committee, where she was able to combine her passions with professionalism. WiB has helped Jenna build a professional foundation by expanding her network and providing valuable opportunities for leadership experience. On campus, she is also involved in Protect Our Breasts and Autism Speaks. Her interests include community service, exploring new places and hanging out with her friends! Jenna hopes to attend law school post-graduation with a specific interest in criminal and civil rights law. She is extremely excited to be part of E-Board this year and hopes to foster the same sense of community and empowerment that WiB is known for!

Kelly Davis
Director of Peer Mentorship
Kelly Davis is a junior Operations and Information Management major from West Springfield, MA. She has been in WiB since her freshman year and was a Co-Fundraising Director last year. She joined WiB to gain professional skills and now loves it because she has made lifelong friends and memories. She interns for Northwestern Mutual but ultimately hopes to become an Operations Research Analyst for a large business whose mission is to make a positive impact in the world. Kelly spends her free time playing with her two dogs, going on a run or hike, reading a good book, and baking for her friends and family.

Mikaela Bowler
Director of Marketing
Mikaela Bowler is a senior marketing major from Belchertown, MA. She has a second major in WGSS and is part of the Honors College. She will be starting her thesis on Feminism as a Brand this semester with WGSS Professor Kirsten Leng. She joined Women in Business during her freshman year — every year since, she has been part of the executive board! She works for Isenberg’s Marketing and Communications Department as the Social Media & Design Intern. Her main hobby is graphic design; she loves Adobe Creative Cloud and her Huion Inspiroy drawing tablet. This hobby aligns with her career aspiration to work in brand development! Mikaela also enjoys making Spotify playlists, watching Gilmore Girls, and she loves good organization. Her favorite part of Women in Business is the tangible support among peers. Members are always welcome to bring fresh ideas to the table, and there are always WiBlets, alumnae, or club connections who would love to help make student goals into realities!

Emily Harding
Social Media Chair & Historian
Emily Harding is a sophomore Marketing major from Holden, MA. She is pursuing an IT Minor and is a member of the Honors College. WiB was the first club Emily joined her freshman year at UMass, and she instantly fell in love with the community and all of the opportunities the club has to offer! She was a part of the marketing committee, and enjoyed attending all of the events the club held throughout the year. Being a part of the club has helped her gain professional skills such as networking, and also brought along many new friendships. Outside of WiB Emily loves to ski, workout, listen to music or play the guitar, and hang out with her friends and family. She is very excited to meet all of the new members this year!

Lara Pereira
Blog Chair
Lara Pereira is a sophomore marketing and political science major from Taunton, MA. She knew her freshman year that she had to join WiB and become as involved as she could. She joined because of the skills and opportunities she knew WiB had to offer and hasn’t looked back since. Outside of WiB, Lara works as a tour guide for UMass and is also a liaison for the UMass Brazilian-American Student Alliance where she represents the organization among several events and panels in the community. In her free time, Lara loves trying new restaurants, traveling, and reading a good book.

Jenna Midura
Recruiting Director
Jenna Midura is a junior from Norfolk, MA double majoring in marketing and sport management. During her freshman year, she joined WiB as a general body member and instantly fell in love with the club. Last year, she served as the social media chair, and she is so excited to be the recruitment director for this year! Jenna’s favorite parts about WiB are the fast connections she has made while being on E-Board and the networking opportunities the club offers its members. Besides WiB, Jenna is also a part of the sport management club and last year, she was a social media intern for Isenberg. In her free time, Jenna loves to watch and play sports, spend time with her family and friends, cook and try new foods, and be outdoors as much as possible. This past summer, Jenna was supposed to intern with the Major League Lacrosse team, the Boston Cannons, but the season got postponed. However, she is looking forward to interning with a Boston-based sport marketing company called TRACS, Inc. this fall! Jenna’s favorite sports team is the Boston Celtics and after college, she would like to be a marketing director for a professional sports team.
